Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau Analysis of the New Maps

The Legislative Reference Bureau recently provided an overview of the differences between Governor Evers’ map submission and the final maps that the Assembly and Senate eventually passed. Long story, short: they are the same.

The analysis shows that the maps which Governor Evers purposed, and the maps which he signed into law, have identical split municipalities and counties, senate disenfranchisements, compactness scores, paired incumbents, and district populations.
